Cars and Cars: Mater-National[]
There are several files referenced by Cars and Cars: Mater-National that control things such as what races and characters are available, who can race where, the layout of a track and more. Each of these follows a basic text format which will be outlined in the future but suffice it to say that they are not difficult to understand. The only concern here is making sure that with each new addition appropriate changes and additions/omissions are made in corresponding files.
Cars: Race-O-Rama also uses many of these files, however as the current XBR tools given cannot extract files with proper filenames and folders research on them has been stopped.
