You got ROR voiceclips converted from .dsp to .wav with correct filenames, right? Well if you did, can I have Fillmore's voiceclips? I don't need them in .ogg, you can just give me them in .wav and I can convert them myself.
I was wondering, do you know how to extract and reimport the .arc files of the Wii version of Cars: The Video Game? I asked about two months ago, you said you may have been able to, and I asked how, but I didn't get an answer. My main intentions are to simply add some more songs and re-order the opponents in Piston Cup Races, but why does it have to be so hard? On the PC, I can work it out, but I can't play every event, and on the Wii, I can play every event, but I haven't figured out how to mod it. So, I tried using FreeArc, which the video tutorials said all I had to do was extract, edit what I want, reimport with the same software, use WiiScrubber to put it back in the game's .iso, and then play it via Dolphin Emulator. But it didn't work when I tried to extract it and all it says is this:
Hey TrackManiaMatt. It's Jak8. I saw that you wanted to become a part of speedrunning the story mode or arcade mode of Mater-National and I thought that I should help you out a little bit. Get you set up to do so. What do you say? Would you like me to help you? Some of this information is crucial, I should say, so I think you should listen to at least that information if you don't want any more help other than that. Is that alright?
I'll just go ahead and post some information. First, the leaderboard's on [speedrun.com/Cars_Mater-National], so you'll need a profile for on there. Then you're going to need a splits program. A splits program lets you take measures of time during a run of yours. You can have as many splits as you like. But you do need a splits program. I recommend getting LiveSplit, which is what I use. It's very easy to pick up and it can connect to speedrun.com for races and run submitting. Finally, I recommend you let me coach you a little bit in terms of speedrunning the PC version because on the leaderboard under the Modded categories there are subategories that you can choose from that disable you from using certain abilities during races, and disabling ANY ability will take a lot of time to master, especially on Modded Any % since you have to be on Champion dificulty as opposed to Modded 100 % where you're required to be on Rookie difficulty.
Hello. My name is Jak8, or Puffjak8 on YouTube, or Jack as I prefer to be called as. I have an idea on how we can get more people into the mod. We could possibly do a livestream, showing off the newest version of the mod. Vladimir29 told me to ask you about it, see how and what you think on it. You could perhaps work with CAHoltz if you can and if you know him. I'm askinbg him too, so.
